Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

All our products are ‘made-on-order’. We do not stock any pre-made items. As such we do not accept returns on items such as personalised gifts or items customised for you. It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammer are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP on 07795 821474 or via email to sales@mycanvases.co.uk and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.

Damaged or faulty Goods

We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in a perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example, if an item gets damaged during the delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at sales@mycanvases.co.uk as soon as possible and within 3 days of the receipt of your order. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 24 working hours.

Please sent your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including any invoice/order form to help us identify your order. You must contact us before returning an item.

We will refund you the postage, once we have received the goods back. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
